Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026. These terms are an agreement between Cymansys Inc. ("we", "us") and the business using EzInventory ("you"). By creating an account you accept them.

The service

EzInventory is inventory management software provided as a subscription. We may improve or change features over time; we won't materially reduce the core service you pay for during a paid term.

Your account and data

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your team's credentials secure.
• Your inventory data is yours. You can export it at any time; on account deletion we remove it from production systems within 30 days.
• You may not use the service to break the law or to interfere with other tenants.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe. Plan limits are described on the pricing page; the billable-SKU rule published there is part of these terms.
• You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.

Availability and support

We operate the service with commercially reasonable care but provide it "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We answer support email within one business day.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost inventory value.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, and disputes belong to the courts of Ontario.

Changes and contact

If we materially change these terms we will notify account owners by email at least 30 days in advance. Questions: ezinventory@cymansys-inc.com.
