How to export your data
Two minutes in your current tool. Upload the file(s) in the import wizard and it auto-detects the rest.
Sortly
- Open your items list.
- Click the ⋮ menu → Export.
- Download the CSV/Excel file and upload it to the wizard.
Folders become your warehouse and bin structure automatically.
Zoho Inventory
- Go to Items.
- Hamburger menu → Export Items (CSV or XLSX).
- Upload the file to the wizard.
Stock on hand, purchase costs and warehouses come across; contacts are preserved for later.
inFlow
- Open Settings → Export.
- Export product details and stock levels.
- Upload both files to the wizard together.
Per-location quantities and serial numbers are matched up automatically.
Cin7 Core (DEAR) & Fishbowl
- Export your product and stock-on-hand CSVs.
- Use the CSV / Excel import — the AI mapper reads their formats.
Dedicated one-click adapters are coming soon; complex or on-prem setups qualify for white-glove.
Stocky (shut down)
- Gather any Stocky exports you saved before the cutoff.
- Export products and inventory from Shopify admin — still works.
- Rebuild supplier lead times by hand — Stocky never exported them.
