EzInventory Start free

Switch to us

Switch in an afternoon. We import your data free.

Coming from Stocky? Shopify retired it on 31 August 2026 — start with the export checklist.

Export from your current tool, upload the file, and the AI importer maps your columns, shows you a preview, and posts your products, locations and opening stock through the ledger. Dormant lines are imported inactive, so years of history arrive without inflating your bill. Nothing is written until you confirm the preview.

Why teams leave their current tool

Most inventory tools charge per user seat, cap your monthly orders, or both — so the bill grows with your team even when your inventory doesn't. EzInventory meters one thing: active SKUs.

Coming fromHow they chargeWhat changes here
Sortly Per-seat pricing; entry plans cap items and users Unlimited users on every plan; your folders become warehouses and bins
Zoho Inventory Plans capped by orders per month and users Orders and movements are unlimited; you pay for catalog size only
inFlow Per-user pricing with team-member add-on fees Add your whole team — warehouse floor included — at no extra cost
Cin7 Core (DEAR) High base price plus per-user fees A ledger-grade system of record without the per-seat tax
Fishbowl Large upfront licence plus per-user costs Month-to-month SaaS; white-glove help for on-prem databases

How to export your data

Two minutes in your current tool. Upload the file(s) in the import wizard and it auto-detects the rest.

Sortly

  2. Hamburger menu → Export Items (CSV or XLSX).
  3. Upload the file to the wizard.

Cin7 Core · Fishbowl

Cin7 Core (DEAR) & Fishbowl

  1. Export your product and stock-on-hand CSVs.
  2. Use the CSV / Excel import — the AI mapper reads their formats.

Dedicated one-click adapters are coming soon; complex or on-prem setups qualify for white-glove.

Shopify · Stocky

Stocky (shut down)

  1. Gather any Stocky exports you saved before the cutoff.
  2. Export products and inventory from Shopify admin — still works.
  3. Rebuild supplier lead times by hand — Stocky never exported them.

Anything else

Any CSV or Excel file

  1. Get your products and quantities into a spreadsheet.
  2. Upload it — the AI mapper figures out your columns and asks when unsure.

Spreadsheet-run inventory is exactly what the generic import is for.
