How the meter works
One rule, written down: a SKU is billable in a given month if it was marked active at any point that month, or had any stock movement that month.
Dead stock costs nothing
Mark a product inactive and it leaves next month's count. Its full ledger history stays queryable — you never have to delete records to fit a plan.
History arrives free
The AI importer brings everything and marks dormant lines inactive on import, so a 5,000-item export can land comfortably inside a 1,000-SKU plan.
Honest usage never notices
The movement clause only exists so the meter can't be gamed by toggling a product active for a day. If a SKU genuinely moves, it's genuinely active.
Questions about the meter
What exactly is an "active SKU"?
A product flagged active in your catalog. Active SKUs count toward your plan for that month; inactive (archived) SKUs never do. If an inactive SKU has a stock movement, it counts for that month — moving stock is activity.
Do archived products lose their history?
No. Archiving only stops billing from the following month. Every ledger entry stays queryable on any plan with full history access.
What happens when I hit my plan's SKU limit?
Nothing breaks. You can't create or reactivate more SKUs until you archive some or upgrade — existing stock, users and movements keep working.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12 — about 17% off. On Growth and Business, annual billing also makes assisted migration free.
