Stocky is gone. Your data doesn't have to be.
Shopify retired Stocky on 31 August 2026. If you exported before the cutoff, those files are everything you need — import them below, free. If you didn't, not everything is lost: your catalog and stock live in Shopify, not Stocky, and you can still export them today. Either way, here is the path.

What you can still recover
If Stocky still opens for you at all, treat it as borrowed time — pull whatever it will still give you today. The first two cards depend on Stocky access or on exports you saved before the cutoff; the last one comes from Shopify itself and works regardless.
Supplier records — copy these by hand, now
- If Stocky still opens, open each supplier.
- Copy the contact, lead time and minimum order quantity into a spreadsheet.
- Save it somewhere outside Stocky.
Stocky never had a supplier export, so no saved file covers these. If the app no longer opens for you, this is the one to rebuild from your buyer's records, inboxes and past invoices — lead times and minimums are the expensive part.
Purchase order history
- If you exported POs before the cutoff, gather those files.
- If Stocky still opens, export the list and any POs you need line detail for.
- Keep the files — they are your record of what you paid.
Past POs are what let you rebuild landed costs later. No other system has them now Stocky is off.
Stocktakes and reports
- Gather any stocktake exports you saved before the cutoff.
- If Stocky still opens, export what remains.
Your last completed stocktake is the best opening-balance source you will have — a fresh count is the fallback.
Products and current stock
- In Shopify admin, go to Products → Export for the catalog CSV.
- Then Products → Inventory → Export for quantities per location.
- Keep both files together.
These live in Shopify, not Stocky, so the shutdown never touched them. This is the pair that gets you a working system today, even if everything Stocky-side is gone.

What we do and don't do yet
You are a Shopify merchant, so you will want to know this before you spend an afternoon on a migration. Straight answers.
Live Shopify sync is not built
Today the path is export and import, not a live two-way connection. Read-side Shopify sync is the next integration we are building, but it is not shipped and we are not going to imply otherwise. If you need stock levels writing back to Shopify automatically now that Stocky is gone, we are not your answer yet — and you should still rescue the supplier records above.
Demand forecasting and reorder suggestions
Stocky suggested what to reorder. We do not do that yet. What we do have is a complete, clean movement history — which is the thing forecasting has to be built on, and the reason we built the ledger first.
A stock record that always balances
Every receipt, shipment, transfer and count is an append-only ledger entry. When a number looks wrong you can see exactly which entry caused it, instead of guessing why the quantity field changed. Stocky ran on top of Shopify's mutable quantities; this does not.
Unlimited users, priced on active SKUs
Stocky was free with Shopify POS Pro, so anything you move to now costs money — the fair question is what it charges for. We meter one number: SKUs you actively stock. Users, orders and movements are unlimited on every plan, including Free. $0 for 100 active SKUs, $29 for 1,000, $79 for 10,000, $149 for 50,000.
The migration itself
AI-assisted import on every plan, including Free. Assisted migration is $299 and free on annual Growth or Business. Complex moves — 50,000+ SKUs, multi-entity — are quoted white-glove from $1,500 and credited to your first year.
